Isnaad Enterprises Limited ("Isnaad") is a Somali-owned investment holding headquartered in Mogadishu, Somalia. This notice explains how the group handles personal data across its operations in Somalia and Kenya.

Our handling of personal data is governed by the Somali Data Protection Act (2023) for our Somalia operations and the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019) for our Kenyan operations. Where practical, data on Somali individuals is stored in-country.
