Every decision at Isnaad answers to a named person. These four seats report to the Chairman, each with a defined accountability. Open roles are shown as roles: we publish the seat, never a placeholder name, until the appointment is real. Every appointment takes up post on 1 January 2027, when operations commence.

Head of Advisory & Technical Assistance

Leads advisory, technical assistance and programme delivery, bringing accounting, audit, tax and business-advisory expertise as founder of Calibercode, Isnaad’s East African advisory partner.

Najma Maalim

Head of Programmes & Operations

Oversees mandate delivery, quality, and on-the-ground operations across Somalia and the corridor.

Head of Finance & Development

Owns the financial control environment, audit readiness and the first clean opinion, treasury and cash forecasting, and grant and fund financial management.
